Brand Refresh & Expansion
Before
TRUE's existing logo carried strong recognition, but the brand needed greater flexibility to support a growing organization. The visual identity was expanded with new logo variations, an extended colour palette, refined typography, and supporting brand elements designed to work across both digital and print applications.

Consistency was a key priority throughout the project. A comprehensive brand guideline document was developed to provide clear direction on logo usage, typography, colours, layouts, imagery, and brand applications.
The result is a practical resource that helps teams across the organization maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence.
Rather than simply documenting the brand, the guidelines were designed to support real-world use across marketing materials, apparel, social media, stationery, and promotional items.
Internal Business Tools
Many of TRUE's most important client-facing documents relied on outdated templates that lacked consistency and were difficult to maintain.
To streamline communication and strengthen professionalism, a complete suite of branded business tools was developed for everyday use.
Deliverables included proposal templates, report templates, resumes, letterhead, business cards, and other supporting documents designed to create a consistent experience across every client interaction.
Website Refresh
Before
TRUE's previous website no longer reflected the scale or professionalism of the organization. The site had become difficult to update, lacked flexibility, and failed to showcase the breadth of services and expertise offered across the company.
A complete website redesign transformed the platform into a modern, user-friendly experience. Built around the expanded brand system, the new site improves navigation, strengthens credibility, and provides the TRUE team with a website that is both easy to manage and built to support future growth.
