17 Black Events is a renowned event management and production firm based in Victoria, BC. With an impressive 13-year track record, they have cultivated remarkable success, collaborating with businesses and non-profit organizations in the hospitality, tourism, arts, and health and wellness sectors across Canada. You might even recognize their handiwork in iconic events like the Brewery & the Beast festival and Culinaire.
Goals
Having crafted websites, branding, social media assets, and an array of designs for two of 17 Black Events’ noteworthy occasions, the company recognized the need to overhaul their own website. Their original DIY Squarespace 7.0 website no longer reflected their level of professionalism and expertise. They sought a website that would exemplify their legitimacy and competence—a site that would rise above the competition. With that in mind, we set out to design and develop the new 17 Black Events website, striking a perfect balance between sleekness, elegance, and a touch of captivating allure.
